Good stuff, really helped

I grabbed the Nourish Treatment last month because my hair was just feeling kinda blah. It worked pretty well! My curls felt softer after using it a few times. Shipping was okay, took about 6 days to get to me in Arizona. I'd probably get it again.

Organic Castor Oil review

I ordered the Organic Castor Oil. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. It shipped out pretty fast and arrived in 5 business days, which was great. The oil itself feels really pure and has no scent, which is what I wanted. I've been using it on my scalp for a couple of weeks now, and my scalp feels less itchy. The bottle was sealed well, no spills. I'm happy with the quality and the whole process was smooth.

First time, good value

I was looking for some new hair care that wouldn't break the bank and saw Curly Coily Tresses. I decided to try the Hydration Bundle since it looked like a good deal. I got the newsletter signup discount, which was a nice 10% off. The bundle included the Moisturizing Hair Mask and the Leave-in Conditioner, and honestly, for the price, I felt like I got a lot of product. My hair really soaked up the moisture. Shipping was free because my order was over 75, which is always a plus. It felt like a smart purchase and I definitely got good value for my money. I'd recommend checking out their bundles if you're trying to save a bit.

Repeat purchase, still great

I've been a customer for a while now, mostly for their Organic Jojoba Oil. This last order was just as good as previous ones. The oil arrived well-packaged, no leaks, and the quality is consistently high. I appreciate that they always deliver quickly; this time it got to me in 4 days. I keep coming back because their products are reliable and actually help with my scalp dryness. I also picked up the Deep Conditioner this time, and it left my hair feeling really soft without any heavy residue, which can be hard to find with my texture. Customer service has always been helpful with any questions I've had, though I didn't need them this round.

How long does shipping usually take to, say, California? Need to know if I should order the Deep Conditioner soon for a trip.

M Megan D. 1 week ago
From my experience, it's pretty standard, like 5-7 business days. Might be quicker if you're closer to wherever they ship from.

I'm in SoCal, and it took about a week for my last order to get here. Not super fast, but not terrible either.

Is the 'Midlife Hair Explained' thing worth getting? Or is it just basic info I can find anywhere?

A Adam 3 days ago
I found it really helpful! It goes beyond just surface-level stuff and explains the *why* behind hair changes, which was new to me. Not just generic tips.

It's pretty comprehensive. I mean, you *could* probably dig up similar info online eventually, but it's all organized and tailored specifically for midlife hair. Saved me a lot of googling.

Are the products genuinely fragrance-free? My scalp is super sensitive to everything.

P Patricia Robinson 1 week ago
Yes! I can confirm. I have crazy allergies and their stuff is truly unscented. No hidden 'natural fragrances' either.

They're legit fragrance-free. That's actually why I started using them; my scalp can't handle any perfumes. Totally safe.

Hey, I'm thinking about trying the Nourish Treatment. Does anyone know if there's usually a first-time customer discount I could use?

J James Nelson 5 days ago
Yeah, I think I got 10% off my first order when I signed up for their newsletter. Check their site, it should pop up.

They usually have something for new customers, sometimes it's 15%. Just sign up for their emails, that's how I got mine. Super easy.

Thinking of buying a few things, is free shipping easy to get?

J Justin W. 1 week ago
Yeah, you just need to hit $75. I usually get the Nourish Treatment and another oil and that gets me there.

B Brandon King 1 week ago
It's free shipping over $75, so it's not too hard to reach if you're getting a couple of products. Worth it!

What's their return policy like? Bought some stuff online before and returning it was a nightmare.

P Paul Young 4 days ago
Returns were pretty straightforward for me. Had to send back a product that wasn't working, and they processed it quick once it arrived back at their warehouse.

I haven't had to return anything personally, but I've heard from others that as long as it's within the timeframe and still mostly full, it's not a problem.

Any info on when they usually do big sales, like Black Friday or something?

P Patricia Scott 2 weeks ago
They definitely do Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I got some good deals last year. Also look out for Mother's Day and New Year sales.

J James Thompson 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they usually have stuff around the holidays. I think I even saw something for an anniversary sale once. Keep an eye on their emails.

Anyone tried the Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil? Wondering how it stacks up against Mielle Organics' version.

P Patricia Brown 3 weeks ago
I've used both! The Curly Coily Tresses one feels a bit lighter and definitely has no scent, which I prefer. Mielle's is good too but can be a bit heavy for my fine hair.

For me, the CCT pumpkin seed oil absorbed better. Mielle's was okay, but I felt like it just sat on my hair a bit more. Plus, I like knowing CCT is organic certified.
